During this call, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will provide insights into the next 4-6 weeks, offering guidance on how to seamlessly integrate C4 into your daily operations. We also collaborate closely with your TMS partner to ensure a cohesive workflow.
Training Resources: Empowering Your Team
We understand that introducing new technology to your team can be a challenge. That's why, throughout your onboarding journey, your team will have access to a wealth of training resources. Our Help Center, conveniently located within the C4 app, provides comprehensive guidance. Our internal messaging platform ensures easy access to our Support team, and a bi-weekly User Training Webinar covers everything from settings to recommended use cases for each C4 feature.
Integration Activation: Streamlined Operations
Partnering with your TMS is a key part of the onboarding process. This partnership grants your team access to our Digital Freight Matching (DFM) capabilities, enabling offers to flow directly into your TMS and inbox. Depending on your TMS, you may also gain real-time visibility into pricing and capacity options. The integration process also allows C4 to recognize newly onboarded carriers and collect essential lane and carrier data for insightful C4 Scorecards.
DFM Go Live: A Milestone
DFM Go Live is a moment of celebration for us. Your CSM will work closely with you to ensure that the Digital Freight Matching configuration seamlessly aligns with your existing workflow. Once live with DFM, you'll have immediate visibility into carrier offers directly within your TMS and inbox. Our team closely monitors engagement to ensure our customized email templates, configuration details, and email routing are delivering consistent success to your team.
Data Quality Review: Informed Decision-Making
As the onboarding process nears completion and C4 gains visibility into lane and carrier data, our team conducts a thorough Data Quality Review. We analyze trends identified within Scorecards, providing both teams with valuable insights into load-to-carrier ratios, gross margins, and engagement statistics. This analysis helps highlight opportunities for improvement through trend analysis.
